Business English for the moments that matter at work.

Meetings where you want to be heard. Emails that sound like you. Presentations you look forward to. Business English at Triglot is coaching for the situations you already face, with a teacher who has taught professionals since 2023 and who translates for a living.

Business English at Triglot Languages is one-to-one or small-group coaching for professionals at B1 to C2 level, covering meetings, emails, presentations, calls and negotiation, taught online by a qualified teacher who can explain in Bosnian, Croatian, Serbian or Turkish.

Who it is for

  • Professionals in Bosnia, Türkiye and the Balkans who work with UK, EU or US clients and colleagues
  • International staff in the UK and EU who want their English to sound natural and precise
  • Managers who present, negotiate or lead meetings in English
  • Anyone at B1 or above who is good at their job and wants their English to show it

What we cover

  • Meetings: opening, contributing, disagreeing politely, summarising and closing
  • Emails and messages: tone, structure, the phrases that sound natural and the ones that sound translated
  • Presentations: structure, signposting, handling questions, delivery
  • Calls and video calls: clarity, interrupting well, checking understanding
  • Small talk and relationship building, which is where deals are quietly made
  • Your industry's vocabulary, built from your own documents and meetings

How it works

  1. Consultation

Twenty minutes to hear what your work needs and to check your level with a short speaking task.

  2. A plan around your calendar

If you have a presentation in three weeks, that is the plan. If you have a year, we build steadily.

  3. Coaching lessons

Role-plays of your real meetings, rewrites of your real emails, and feedback you can apply the same day.

  4. Review

A written progress note every month and a CEFR re-test after twelve weeks.

A lesson looks like this

  1. Warm-up5 min

A quick chat about your week, in the language you are learning.

  2. Focus20 min

One thing that matters to you now: a phrase set, a grammar point, a real email.

  3. Practice20 min

Role-plays and conversation built on your own situations.

  4. Recap5 min

New words, corrections and homework, sent to you afterwards.

By the end you will

  • Speak in meetings without rehearsing every sentence first
  • Write emails in half the time, with the right tone
  • Present with structure and handle questions calmly
  • Have a personal phrase bank for your role and industry

Frequently asked questions

What level do I need?

Business English coaching starts at B1 (intermediate). Below that, General English builds the base faster, and we will say so honestly after the level test.

Can you work with my real documents?

Yes, and it is the fastest way to improve. Bring your emails, slides and reports. Everything you share stays confidential.

Is there a course with a fixed start?

Yes. The Business English group course runs for eight weeks in groups of three to six. Private coaching starts whenever you like.

Can my employer pay?

Yes. Companies receive one invoice, a shared pool of hours for their staff, and a monthly report. See the page for companies.
