Changing a lesson

Move or cancel a lesson free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts, from the link in your confirmation email or by emailing hello@triglotlanguages.com.

Inside 24 hours the lesson counts as used, except one late change each calendar month, which is free.

If you do not join within fifteen minutes of the start, the lesson counts as used.

When we cancel

If Amila has to cancel, you get the lesson back. With less than 24 hours' notice you also receive a free 25-minute session.

Your 14-day right to cancel

Consumers may cancel any purchase within fourteen days for a full refund of what has not been delivered. Lessons delivered in that time at your request are charged at the single-lesson price.

Packs and validity

Five-lesson packs are valid for six months, ten- and twenty-lesson packs for twelve months. Validity is extended for illness. You can pause at any time and keep your balance. Unused lessons can be transferred to another person.

Group courses

A course runs when three seats are booked. If it is short three days before the start, choose a new date, credit, or a full refund. Sessions you miss are not refunded.

If the school closes

All unused credits are refunded in full.
